These terms are the agreement between you and Yesnodd (“we”, “us”) for using the app. By creating an account or using Yesnodd, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. See also our Privacy policy, which explains what we collect and why.

• Yesnodd is built for an India-only audience.
• You must be 18 or older.
• You need a real Google account or phone number to sign in — no fake accounts.
• One account per person.

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it, at support.yesnodd@gmail.com.

Yesnodd helps you track a movie & TV/web-series watchlist, send and receive recommendations from friends, rate what you’ve watched (“worth it”/“not for me”), see friends’ trust scores by genre, and chat about a recommendation. It’s for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Post spam, harassment, or abusive messages in chat or recommendations.
• Rate titles dishonestly to game a friend’s or your own trust score.
• Impersonate another person, or create an account for someone without their consent.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools against the app or its data.
• Use Yesnodd for anything illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules.

You own what you post — ratings, recommendations, and chat messages. By posting it, you let us store and show it to the friends it’s intended for (that’s how the app works). You’re responsible for what you post; don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.

• Title metadata (posters, cast, trailers) comes from TMDB — this product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
• “Where to watch” streaming-availability data comes from JustWatch, and can be out of date or wrong — always check the platform directly before assuming.

The Yesnodd name, logo, and app design belong to us. You can use the app as intended, but you can’t copy, resell, or build a competing product from it.

Yesnodd is provided “as is”. We try to keep trust scores, recommendations, and streaming availability accurate and the app running, but we don’t guarantee it’ll be error-free, uninterrupted, or exactly right — it’s a recommendation tool, not a promise about what you’ll enjoy.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect damages (like a wasted evening on a bad recommendation) arising from your use of Yesnodd. Nothing here limits liability the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → “Delete your account” — that permanently removes your profile, watchlist, ratings, messages, and connections. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms.

If we make a material change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Yesnodd after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
